Moscow allowed more dogs bark

Moscow allowed the dogs bark for two hours longer, but have banned go laisse and muzzle in many places where previously allowed free range. According to the agency Interfax, Metropolitan Government amended the Rules of dogs and cats.


Previously, owners of dogs were barking stop their pets from 22 to 8 hours, but now the ban will operate from 23 to 7 hours. But the owners were obliged to take the dogs on leash and wear them to muzzle the territory of any agency, in shops, markets, on playgrounds, on beaches and in public transport. With regard to health facilities, kindergartens and schools, within their territories range of dogs banned altogether.

Another rule, prescribed in the new rules - a ban on the breeding of dogs and cats for their skins and meat, as well as for fighting.
