Against Viktor Baturin seized at 1.5 million rubles

At a Russian businessman Viktor Baturin filed suit to recover 1.5 million rubles in compensation for moral harm, said on Tuesday, October 21, RIA Novosti.

According to the agency, producer Yana Rudkovskaya (former spouse Baturin), singer Dima Bilan and Evgeny Plushenko athlete filed a lawsuit against Viktor Baturin and editorial Internet portal Russia.ru. The fact is that on 5 September this year at a specified site has posted a video in which a businessman Baturin, is believed to plaintiffs, insulted them.

Currently, video on the site Russia.ru, entitled "scam Jana Rudkovskoy, unavailable for viewing.

According to "Moskovsky Komsomolets", in that video Viktor Baturin called Rudkovkuyu obscene and selling women and Evgeny Plushenko - "professional alcoholic." In addition, a businessman in the video claimed that Dima Bilan allegedly kidnapped him 10 million dollars.

The plaintiffs need to recover from Baturin 500 rubles for each, as well as to refute the dissemination of information. Reported that the petition took up Hamovnichesky District Court of Moscow. The first hearing will be held October 30 in camera.
