Americans Tad Starr won at the annual agricultural contest in California, offering to participate in the competition tykvu weighing 693 kilograms, reported Associated Press.

The amount of cash prize competition depends on the weight of the fruit: for every pound (450 grams) winner gets six dollars. For example, pumpkin Starr was estimated at nine thousand dollars.
